We had our second telephone interview last night. I think everything is moving along fine. Of course I'm ready to be at the part where we visit the wonders of China and come home with a daughter but...

Our official homestudy update is to begin this Monday. We've been assigned to a nice young woman from Lutheran Social Services. She is a fellow "curly girly" so I'm hoping for a little instant camaraderie! She was co-host of our training seminar and seems very passionate about her job.

In the waiting game, we've been told the decision for Xin will definitely be made this Thursday! I actually feel very calm. This whole process this time has felt so natural. I'm very confident this is the child God has been training us for.
